Remove display in control panel
Start>>run type gpedt.msc then enter
You can see a group policy window select administrative templates from that window and select control panel>>display select 2nd option remove display in control panel right click this option and take its properties select enable option for remove display from control panel
Now you removed display from control panel
Hide theme option in windows xp
Start>>run type gpedt.msc then enter
You can see a group policy window select administrative templates from that window and select control panel>>display double click 1st option desktop themes
And select 1st option remove theme option right click on this option take its properties select enable for remove theme from display properties now you disabled theme changing option from users
