Create a user account in windows os
Start>>control panel>>user account >>create a new account>>
Type a name for new account eg: JAMES then select next
Select account type
1 administrator: a user create with full computer function
2 limited : a user with limited functions
Select type and create account
password creation for user account.
start>>control panel>>user account
select the user if you want to set password
then select create password
type password and confirm password
finish and restart computer login with your password and user name
